Originally a high school English teacher, Elizabeth Mass began teaching classes in Meditation and Creative Mind Power in 1974. Elizabeth's interest in personal growth and spiritual development led to a Masters' Degree in Psychology from Columbia Pacific University, followed by a training program in psychotherapy, with a special emphasis on Intensive Emotional Release work, at the DiMele Center in New York City.

A pioneer in the field of Spiritual Therapy, Elizabeth has developed numerous programs to assist others in healing and awakening their inner potentials. Always on the cutting edge, Elizabeth continues to explore the latest tools and techniques to facilitate healing and growth for herself and others.

Over the years, Elizabeth has trained and become certified in several therapeutic modalities, including Interactive Guided Imagery, Hypnotherapy, Energy Psychology, and Esoteric Tuning (Subtle Energy Balancing), a form of advanced Pendulum Dowsing.

Elizabeth is a skilled therapist, a dynamic teacher, and an inspiring speaker. She has presented programs for the International Conference of the Association of Comprehensive Energy Psychology, the Institute of Noetic Sciences, the International Association of Counselors and Therapists, the New York State Institute of Basic Research, Global Sciences Conference, and many other groups and organizations.

Originally based in Staten Island, N.Y., Elizabeth now resides in Asheville, N.C. where she presents workshops and training programs, in addition to her private practice.
